Nous avons donc imagin\u00e9 des tapas simples \u00e0 accorder avec des whiskies assez classiques pour ce premier essai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici le menu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saumon fum\u00e9 d&rsquo;Ecosse et Springbank 10 ans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assortiments de 4 jambons crus (Ard\u00e8che, Serrano, de Parme et porc noir de Bigorre) et X\u00e9r\u00e8s Fino Puerto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piquillos farcis au fromage et flamb\u00e9s au Laphroaig 10 ans et Longrow Peated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roquefort et Comt\u00e9 18 mois et Tomatin 14 ans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crumble aux poires et au chocolat et The Feathery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous sommes r\u00e9gal\u00e9s !
