Utilisant des levures cultiv\u00e9es localement (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), la distillerie n\u2019embouteille que des single casks r\u00e9duits \u00e0 43%.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nez<\/em> : tr\u00e8s aromatique<br \/>\nNotes de banane, savon \u00e0 la lavande, lavande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, p\u00e2tissier, noix de coco, vanille<br \/>\n<em>Bouche<\/em> : sucrosit\u00e9 en attaque, banane, lilas, violette, herbe coup\u00e9e<br \/>\n<em>Finale<\/em> : s\u00e8che, citron chimique, tr\u00e8s courte, manque d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre<br \/>\nLes notes de banane correspondent \u00e0 des esters, certainement produits par la levure s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glann Ar Mor Maris Otter 46%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Pleubian (22), elle est le fruit du travail de Martine et Jean Donnay. Peu de temps apr\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e en Bretagne, ils cr\u00e9ent la Celtic Whisky Compagnie en 1997, embouteilleur ind\u00e9pendant. D\u00e8s 1999, ils r\u00e9alisent les premi\u00e8res distillations et Glann ar Mor d\u00e9bute son activit\u00e9 en 2004-2005.<br \/>\nC\u2019est la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019orge ancienne, Maris Otter, qui est \u00e0 l\u2019honneur ici. <\/p>\n<p><em>Nez<\/em> : beurre, cr\u00e8me fermi\u00e8re, p\u00e2tissier fermier, croissant, poire, ananas, grenade, poivre, citron<br \/>\n<em>Bouche<\/em> : beurre, poire, p\u00e2tissier, citron, malt, biscuit aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, pointe de noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es<br \/>\n<em>Finale<\/em> : biscuits aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, beurre, poivre, citron, grenade, pointe de caf\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume<\/p>\n<p><strong>DHG Ceros (Corne) 54% <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9e en 2009, la distillerie situ\u00e9e dans l\u2019Is\u00e8re, a rejoint en 2017 R\u00e9my Cointreau. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une ferme-distillerie dont les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sont certifi\u00e9es biologiques et utilise des f\u00fbts fran\u00e7ais.
